The creation and transition of where my business began from being Body Shapest back in 2018, to where it is now in 2023 has been wild. 

We have changed and morphed into where I suppose my morals and my journey have taken me from being a very aesthetic-based support for women as I went through my own struggles, post-baby trying to lose that weight. And that's where I got passionate about helping other women find that help that they not only needed but deserved in a safe space that was able to kickstart them and motivate them to want to achieve the harder things like exercising and being more conscious of what they were eating away from treatment.

Over the years, experienced firsthand how so many elements had to do with the gut health and the emotional health of people in general women and mothers that was impacting their physical wear and why their body was holding what it was holding. In turn growing my own kind of curiosity and passion to want to dive more into it. From my own trauma experiences, and diving into colonics, to help shift stuck trauma, I got even more passionate about introducing that element into the colonics. I walked the line of healing myself, both emotionally, mentally, and physically through colonics. So that's where my passion really grew and developed in that realm.

We love our beauty elements. Intertwining our philosophy of hydration and non-invasive penetration to the skin. We don't believe trauma needs to come in to get results.
